Каждая поступающая статья принимается по требованиям, проходит строгий отбор и отдается для выпуска в номер только после рецензирования и обязательного редактирования.

The article is devoted to the study of the use of Meldrony in 30 patients with chronic coronary heart disease, stable angina of II-III class combined with arterial hypertension of II degree with high and very high risk of cardiovascular complications in conditions, Midlands Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous region of Tajikistan. Among the examined patients on the background of the drug Meldrony in a daily dose of 1000 mg, showed a significant improvement cardiohaemodynamic indicators. Simultaneously, a decrease of the average frequency of angina attacks a day with 2,77±0,26 to 1,52±0,17. Also noted a decrease of the daily quantity of consumed nitroglycerin from 2,4 to±0,23 to 1,4±0,16 and significant increase of tolerance to physical activity detected test 6-minute walk from 388±33 m up to 512±39 m

Life’s quality in patient with dentistry pathology is defined many social factor – a floor, social position, formation, labor employment, level of income and household position. For achievement of the firm positive result of the treatment among dentistry patient, which valued the life’s quality as “high”, it is enough education their rule hygiene of oral cavity and undertaking professional hygiene.
THE STRUCTURE OF THE PREVALENCE OF ANOMALIES OF TEETH IN THE ADULT POPULATION

The Prevalence of anomalies of the teeth is diametrically opposed to the age. The highest indices were observed in the age group 20-29 years. Significant decrease in the prevalence of this pathology is observed in the age groups 40¬49 and 50-59 years. The lowest level of prevalence of anomalies of the teeth is at the age of 60 years and older.
The organization and activity of diagnostic service of the various countries (the literature review)
Thus, the literature review has shown that diagnostics as scientific discipline, developed in indissoluble communication with other scientific disciplines. The key moment of its development was the wide experience of great scientific Gippokrata, Galena, Avitsenny, and also the organization of school of medicine in the countries of the East, Asia, Europe. Formation of the diagnostic centers, as in Europe, America, and in the countries of the former USSR became an important stage of development of diagnostic service. Activity of the kliniko-diagnostic centers shows their conclusive advantage and rather considerable role in public health services system. Thus efficiency of activity providing at the expense of introduction of the expensive equipment, modern methods of research and presence of highly-skilled personnel.
SITUATIONAL ASSESSMENT OF THE RESULTS OF TREATMENT ABSENCE OF TEETH REMOVABLE DENTURES

To study the results of orthopedic treatment of occlusive defects removable dentures assessed the state of orthopedic status of the oral cavity in 198 patients aged 20 to 60 years and older. In patients examined dentures are the most used in combined defects of dentitions, singly standing tooth in the jaw, and at the end defects. The least dentures are used when included occlusive defects. The number of removable dentures made on the upper and lower jaw, respectively 49,3% and 50,7%. The share of clasp prostheses made of the lower jaw with partial absence of teeth, amounted to 54,6 per cent. In the absence of teeth laminar dentures in 61,4% of the cases were made in the upper jaw. The largest number of laminar dentures (37,4%) had a life span 3 to 5 years. There was a significant predominance of the laminar dentures in need of re-manufacturing, over clasp, the service life of up to 5 years. If a

Amongst examined persons is determined even growing difference with increase level flying chamois of the join in exhaled air from 154.31% in 1 group before 283.76% in 4 groups that speaks the under investigation factors of close-fitting intercoupling.

Clinical manifestations of urinary disorders and their evaluation in different stages of menopause

The features of the clinical manifestations of urination disorders are their difficulty in all age periods of menopause: stress – in 54.6%, urge – in 46.6%, the imperative – to 42.9%. Anonymous survey of women at menopausal age with the use of rating scales let us to evaluate voiding disorders severity of subjective symptoms, quality of life of this category of patients and conduct performance monitoring of therapeutic measures. An integrated approach with involvement of related professionals will quickly identify reproductive tract disorders and improve this category of patients
