Журнал выходит 4 раза в год, и каждый номер имеет не менее 80 страниц. Каждая поступающая статья принимается по требованиям, проходит строгий отбор и отдается для выпуска в номер только после рецензирования и обязательного редактирования.

THE DEPARTMENT OF MAXILLOFACIAL SURGERY WITH CHILDREN STOMATOLOGY OF TIPGPMP
Questionnaire of 108 patients with advanced stages of malignant tumors of maxillo-facial region studied the nature of the chronic pain syndrome and assessing the effectiveness of traditional pain therapy. The 58,3% of the observed diagnosed with advanced stage cancer of mucous membranes of the oral cavity, 23.1% of installed cancer of mucous membrane of the maxillary sinus, a 3.7% identified advanced stage of osteosarcoma jaws. The 3rd and the 4th stage of malignant process revealed respectively of 17.6% and 82.5% of the observed. Among patients with the character of the pain syndrome and effectiveness of the analgetic therapy were studied by the method of questioning on the specially prepared questionnaire. To determine the frequency of various types of fixed prosthesis in need of re-manufacture, conducted clinical and epidemiological study of orthopedic status in 264 patients, including men and women, respectively, 62,10% and 37,9%. All examined patients previously received orthopedic treatment and had dentures in the oral cavity. Age range, the largest group comprised patients older than 60 and 50-59 years (according to 34,5% and 27,2%). IN patients with partial absence of teeth investigated 1167 fixed prosthesis in need of re-manufacture, among which 66.1% was forged-soldered lined or without it, 29,8% – solid lined or without it, 3,2% – plastic and 0,9% -ceramic. Among fixed prosthesis oral prevail forged-pressure welded prostheses, the number of which was two times more than one, and twenty times more, than plastic and ceramic. To conduct comparative assessment of the results videolaparoscopycal and traditional echi-nococcectomya of liver and improve the results of surgical treatment of echinococcosis of the liver using videolaparoscopycal technology analyzes the results of surgical treatment of 206 patients with echinococcosis of liver aged 15 to 64 years. 96 patients operated with the use of videolaparoscopycal technology (main group) and 110 – traditional way (control group). Indi¬cation for use videoendosurgical technology was the presence of uncomplicated echinococcosis cysts of the liver in zones good view, not lying deep into the parenchyma, with a diameter of 10 cm in the absence of signs of sepsis, and a breakthrough in the bile ducts. The article presents the analysis of population morbidity chronic bronchitis and asthma for the period from 2002 to 2010, on the examples of Tursunzade, Sarband and Faizabad districts of the Republic of Tajikistan. The results of these studies suggest that respiratory diseases occupy the first rank place of uptake of the adult population for medical help. In the dynamics of increase in incidence of respiratory diseases for 6 years has decreased by 24%. For the period from 2002 to 2010, the proportion of hospitalized children under 14 years of age increased from 26% to 67% of the total number of cases of appeals regarding the pneumonia. Despite declining in-hospital mortality of children under 14 years of age, they exceed 2 times mortality among the adult population. Levels of primary and total prevalence of chronic bronchitis in the Republic for 11 years grew 1.3 and 3 times respectively.
