Наше издание является научно-практическим журналом, в котором публикуются основные научные результаты диссертаций на соискание ученой степени кандидата и/или доктора медицинских наук как нашего института, так и других лечебно-учебных медицинских учреждений, интересные случаи из практики, обзоры литературы, лекции и юбилейные статьи. Журнал выходит 4 раза в год, и каждый номер имеет не менее 80 страниц. Каждая поступающая статья принимается по требованиям, проходит строгий отбор и отдается для выпуска в номер только после рецензирования и обязательного редактирования.
У нас принято одностороннее слепое рецензирование. Рецензенты уделяют особое внимание содержанию статьи и проверке данных статистической обработки, их соответствие современным требованиям.

Population health depends on influence socially-hygienic and economic factors. In uncomfortable living conditions lives more than 92,0 % of patients. Of the general quantity of respondents of 87,8 % make sick of unsatisfactory vital conditions. Security a floor space below a sanitary code, (less than 9 sq.m. on one person), the monthly income below a living wage and patients basically from large families. Growth of number of the unemployed, the big density and the low monthly income contribute to higher growth and prevalence of disease of a tuberculosis.

Results of the examination of dentistry status beside 970 inhabitants of highmountain Mastchokh region allow to note that average level of intensities of tooth decay among one examined populations forms 8,78±0,32. Got material show that amount being absent teeth amongst examined contingent of the adult population very high then number filled teeth has formed the minimum value that are indicative of active and immediate decision of the organizing questions on rendering medical-preventive dentistry help for the reason observable improvement condition organs of oral cavity.

Assessment quality of life (QL) 12 sick patients faster-necrotic flagmen’s jaw-face area in early postoperative period. Installed, that the QL depends on age, flap, wide-spread inflammatory process, degree of poisoning, presence of the accompanying diseases, as well as method of the conducted treatment. Revealed that on 30-e day after operation general factor quality of life (GFQL) patients, which were conducted specific antibacterial and immunomodular therapies(the main group) has formed 95 balls(increasing on 53 balls), but at patients which got traditional therapy(the checking group) 81 balls (increasing on 30 ballets). -

INDICATORS OF DISABILITY ON TUBERCULOSIS IN TAJIKISTAN

We studied the influence of medico-social and economic factors on the incidence of tuberculosis. The main contingent of patients is unemployed young men aged 20 to 29 years, with incomplete secondary education, under-financed vital food, a living area (lower health standards), with a monthly income below the subsistence minimum of a large family living crowding, who have dependent from 6 to 10 people. By level of education 67% of respondents were with primary and secondary education, respondents with special secondary education was 22%, with higher and incomplete education – 11%. According to the social status of unemployed amounted to 53% of patients, the retirement age of 16%, working – 22%, employees – 5%, entrepreneurs – 3,7% of patients. Respondents living on income below the subsistence level, among the unemployed was 53%, working – 21%, pensioners – 16%, employees – 2,1%, entrepreneurs
