The obtained results of negative cytomegalovirus infection influence on the course of gestation process and the principles of safe motherhood point to carrying of pregnancy planning in women with the syndrome of pregnancy loss. Complex of measures carried out during the predgravidous period was effective in restoring reproductive function in women with pregnancy loss syndrome in cytomegalovirus infection. Prevention and remission of cytomegalovirus infection process, contribute to a favorable outcome of pregnancy, for the majority (71,9%) of women, decrease reproductive fetus loss (3 times) and perinatal mortality (7,4 times) .

We analyzed the results of surgical treatment of 61 patients admitted to hospital in the terminal stage of peritonitis. Along with a complex of modern medical diagnostic measures the authors studied the prognostic significance of MPI, which allowed surgeons to concentrate on the most difficult group of patients. The dynamics of change in the number of microbial cells during the planned renovation of the abdomen that will optimize the treatment policy for these patients. The paper deals with sensitivity and resistance of microorganisms to the 20 most popular antibiotics that are used in dental offices. Studied 600 strains of the main types of microorganisms. Strains of all species of microorganisms circulating in thedental clinics have expressed polyresistance by 7-10 antibiotics. The microorganismsextracted from environmental objects, and standing out in health care workers, are morepronounced polyresistance. The environment in dental clinics is a reservoir ofopportunistic microorganisms.

In given article authors make the analysis of structure hospital ENT pathologies at children according to case records for the five years’ period on an example children’s ENT branches of the National medical centre of Republic Tajikistan. The increase in number of planned hospitalisation over the last 5 years is noted.
