    • OPTIMISATION OF COMPLEX TREATMENT OF DAMAGES OF A SKELETON AT PATIENTS WITH A POLYTRAUMA

      The unsatisfactory results of complex treatment of skeletal injuries and injury outcomes in patients polytrauma testify to the social and economic importance. The paper analyzes the results of studying the peculiarities of the structure of multiple and associated injuries skeleton, ways to optimize the treatment of fractures on the basis of orthopedic «Damage control» of 30 trauma patients. In the structure of combined trauma of the skeleton in the 81,7% of cases, there were fractures of long bones, 36,3% – fractures of other departments, 21,3% – pelvic bones, in 5,3% of cases – fracture of the spine. Fractures of the long bones in 78,4% of cases were of indoor and 21,6% of cases – the open character. Methods of early reposition fractures in the study group used in 30,4% of the observations, delayed – 15,7%, and later – in 9,5% of cases.     • THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THERAPY IMMUNOSTIMULATING ONYCHOMYCOSIS IN ELDERLY AND SENILE AGES

      The article shows the efficiency of complex method of treatment of mycosis stop with onychomycosis in elderly and senile ages using immunostimulant thymocine 45 patients aged 60 to 85 years. Using methods of bacteriological research, 64.4% of the patients were grown culture of Trichophyton rubrum, in 11.1% of Trichophyton mentagrophytis var.interdigitale, in 24.4% – fungi not sown. Intertriginous form of mycosis stop diagnosed in 12 patients, dishydrotic – 6, mixed – 18. Combination squamous and intertriginous forms was observed in 11 patients, squamous, dishydrotic and intertriginous – for 7. The erased form of mycosis stop was noted in 9 patients. Immediate and remote results of treatment showed a significant advantage of an integrated method of treatment with the application of immune system stimulant.     • Applying of Clinical experience preparation “Metakrizol” in the treatment of women with cervicitis against the background of benign cervical pathology

The use of this drug in the treatment of viral and bacterial cervicitis against dishormonal ectopia of the cervix allows 70% of women to accelerate the elimination of clinical signs of inflammation. However, the therapeutic effect metakrizola significantly reduced in the treatment of inflammation of the cervix against a background of degenerative changes in the cervix caused by scar deformities. It is also effective use of the drug before physical – surgical therapy of cervical cancer, promotes epithelialization of the wound earlier defect (66.7%).

    • Comparative estimation of efficiency of some methods of treatment papillomatos throats at children

With the account of character of a clinical current papillomatosis of laryngs patients have been divided into 2 groups. In the postoperative period, patients of both groups have received viferon-2 (500 000 МЕ) on 1 суппозиторий two times a day with the 12-sentry an interval every other day. Course of treatment made 5 days. For preventive maintenance of relapses of disease 17 (70 %) the patient of 1 group and 10 (60 %) to patients of the second group the first days after operation have been entered preparations индукторы interferon (ИФН) – амиксин and циклоферон.
