    The article presents the results of treatment of 24 patients with putrid green-necrotic abscess the bottom of the cavity of mouth. Analysis of the carried out research showed that the expansion unit from alloys nickelide-titanium have obvious advantages to the traditional types of drainage, namely: improvement of visual access to the wound and their widespread separation, which leads to the improvement of aeration, which have a great importance in the conditions of mixed and anaerobic microflora.
    All of the above mentioned activities with the use of expansion of devices allowed speeding up the time of cleansing and healing of wounds on average by 3-5 days and proceeding to more early medical and social rehabilitation.
