The activity of the Ethics Committee Transplantology Service in the Republic of Tajikistan has started in 2009 and is operated on the base of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of population of Republic of Tajikistan. Accordance with the criteria for a correct assessment of the specific problematic situations of modern medical practice based on the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Tajikistan, in 2009-2013 were examined 126 cases of trained pairs (donor-recipient) for related transplantation.

Aim. Preventive maintenance prosthetic’s gingivitis in system of metalceramic designs with use of fermentcontaining toothpastes.

Conclusion to improve continuity of service SMEs with family doctors in the Republic of Tajikistan worthwhile taking some regulations providing these services, relationships with stimulating dispensary patients and encourages patient-surrogate technologies and strengthen the role of information technology.
In the long term integration of physician SMP with a family doctor leads to unloading of high cost hospital bed and resource-intensive service SMEs, reducing indirect and direct economic costs ultimately reduce disability and mortality of the population.

Aim. To improve the tacticians of surgical treatment of the patients with benignant neoplasms (new formations) of the bones of maxillofacial area using the tissue engineering method on the basis of the small-pelleted nikelid titanium.

Generalized results of x-ray estimations of the condition of endoparodontal status supporting teeth in system of metalceramic designs in the article. Estimated quality of the filling root channel in the supporting teeth, residing under unremoved metalceramic design. It is noted that absence of the full-fledged access to root channel does not allow to conduct qualitative processing and guaranteed obturation of root channel, particularly in events their complex construction that is indicative of low level endodontic treatments when preparing teeth to prosthesis.

The article presents the results of a study of clinical and functional features of arterial hyperten¬sion and ischemic heart disease in 95 of women ages 37 to 55 years in the perimenopausal period. Depending on the degree of disorder of menstrual function surveyed women were divided into 2 groups. Group I includes 30 women perimenopausal period, also women, whose registered irregular menstrual cycles over the past 3-11 months. The second group included 65 women in the postmenopausal period. For the majority of the surveyed women typically early development perimenopausal changes. In 20% of patients recorded premature menopause, 30,8% of women early. Among persons with postmenopausal 53,8% of women aged 35-45. Correlation of time of appearance of complaints on the blood pressure rises with the beginning of the menstrual cycle disorders noted 73,3% of women in the first group and 55,4% of the women in the second group . In 10% of cases among patients in group I and in 38,5% among the patients of group II perimenopausal period was characterized by a worsening of arterial hypertension. In the course of the study the peculiarities of the clinical and functional flow data diseases depending on the severity of climacteric syndrome..

We analyzed the results of surgical treatment of 61 patients admitted to hospital in the terminal stage of peritonitis. Along with a complex of modern medical diagnostic measures the authors studied the prognostic significance of MPI, which allowed surgeons to concentrate on the most difficult group of patients. The dynamics of change in the number of microbial cells during the planned renovation of the abdomen that will optimize the treatment policy for these patients. Research in this direction is continuing.
