Наше издание является научно-практическим журналом, в котором публикуются основные научные результаты диссертаций на соискание ученой степени кандидата и/или доктора медицинских наук как нашего института, так и других лечебно-учебных медицинских учреждений, интересные случаи из практики, обзоры литературы, лекции и юбилейные статьи. Журнал выходит 4 раза в год, и каждый номер имеет не менее 80 страниц. Каждая поступающая статья принимается по требованиям, проходит строгий отбор и отдается для выпуска в номер только после рецензирования и обязательного редактирования.
У нас принято одностороннее слепое рецензирование. Рецензенты уделяют особое внимание содержанию статьи и проверке данных статистической обработки, их соответствие современным требованиям.

The clinical and immunological features of onychomycosis in elderly and the senile age

From among 45 patients at the age of 60-85 (men – 36, women – 9) with onychomycosis 23 (51.1%) had distal and lateral form, 5 (11.1%) – superficial and white, 6 (13.3%) – proximal and hyponychial, 11 – total and dystrophic. All patients with onychomycosis had various forms of the athlete’s foot. The cell immunity decreased (fall of CD3 and CD8) and the humoral one increased (raise of IgM, IgG and the circulating immune complexes). -

On the basis of the analysis of statistical materials of the State agency at the Government of Republic Tajikistan, the Republican Center of medical statistics and the information of Ministry of Health of the Republic Tajikistan, given annual reports Hudzhand regional Centers of Reproductive health, and also data of annual reports of obstetrical establishments of Sogd area for 2001-2010 it is established, that among women of reproductive age widespread abortion practice that testify to unsatisfied requirement of women of active reproductive age for contraception and about necessity of carrying out of actions for expansion of access of target groups to services in the field of reproductive health and family planning. -
Intensity of halitosis condition of oral cavity in patients with periodontal inflammatory diseases

THE IMPACT OF INDIRECT ELECTROCHEMICAL OXIDATION THE TOXICITY OF BLOOD IN PATIENTS IN THE TERMINAL PHASE OF PERITONITIS, DUE TO PANCREONECROSIS

In 15 patients with pancreonecrosis complicated by the terminal phase of peritonitis, we estimated the effect of indirect electrochemical blood oxidation on the state of the detoxification function of the lungs by intravenous 0,06% solution of sodium hypochlorite. To study the detoxification function of the lungs compared the blood of the right ventricle of the heart and arterial blood from radiotherapy or femoral artery, taken simultaneously. Study was carried out after 1 and 4-6 h after infusions of the mentioned solution. If, prior to the infusion of sodium hypochlorite concentration of urea and creatinine in the blood drains were reliably higher than in streams to the light respectively by 20,9% and 12,9%, for 1 hour, these figures are reduced to the respective indicators of 18,2% and 7,6%, and after 6 hours of light to see themselves their detoxifying that
