Наше издание является научно-практическим журналом, в котором публикуются основные научные результаты диссертаций на соискание ученой степени кандидата и/или доктора медицинских наук как нашего института, так и других лечебно-учебных медицинских учреждений, интересные случаи из практики, обзоры литературы, лекции и юбилейные статьи. Журнал выходит 4 раза в год, и каждый номер имеет не менее 80 страниц. Каждая поступающая статья принимается по требованиям, проходит строгий отбор и отдается для выпуска в номер только после рецензирования и обязательного редактирования.
У нас принято одностороннее слепое рецензирование. Рецензенты уделяют особое внимание содержанию статьи и проверке данных статистической обработки, их соответствие современным требованиям.

The sensitivity of microorganisms circulating in the dental offices to antibiotics

The paper deals with sensitivity and resistance of microorganisms to the 20 most popular antibiotics that are used in dental offices. Studied 600 strains of the main types of microorganisms. Strains of all species of microorganisms circulating in thedental clinics have expressed polyresistance by 7-10 antibiotics. The microorganismsextracted from environmental objects, and standing out in health care workers, are morepronounced polyresistance. The environment in dental clinics is a reservoir ofopportunistic microorganisms. -

Medical and social characteristics of women with cervical pathological processes at their different life periods

Thus, conducted research has let to provide medical and social characteristics of women of reproductive age with pathological processes of the cervix, which is represented by housewives (68.8%), repeated (37.3%) – and multiparous (39.6%), with low health index, frequent to abortion (48.8%), those who do not use barrier methods of contraception (83.1%) and those with Cancer history (10.1%). Particular at risk group for the development of pathological processes of the cervix, are sexually active adolescents, which typically have dishormonal disorders and early occurrence of inflammatory processes of the lower part of the genitals. The high frequency of hyperplastic processes in women of late reproductive age is a risk factor for precancerous cervical disease. The main factors determining the development of pathological processes in the cervical region of high fertility are: early sexual activity (22.9%), change of sexual partners (11.4%), migration (20%), low levels of awareness about healthy lifestyles.

ENDOVIDEOSURGICAL TREATMENT OF ECHINOCOCCOSIS OF THE LIVER

To conduct comparative assessment of the results videolaparoscopycal and traditional echi-nococcectomya of liver and improve the results of surgical treatment of echinococcosis of the liver using videolaparoscopycal technology analyzes the results of surgical treatment of 206 patients with echinococcosis of liver aged 15 to 64 years. 96 patients operated with the use of videolaparoscopycal technology (main group) and 110 – traditional way (control group). Indi¬cation for use videoendosurgical technology was the presence of uncomplicated echinococcosis cysts of the liver in zones good view, not lying deep into the parenchyma, with a diameter of 10 cm in the absence of signs of sepsis, and a breakthrough in the bile ducts. When diagnostic laparoscopy in 6 cases was detected intrahepatic localization cysts, Two patients detected adhe¬sions in subdiaphragmatic space, in 2 cases visualize echinococcosis cysts failed. To substantiate the high efficiency and minimal invasiveness of laparoscopic technology in comparison with traditional echinococcectomya of the liver. Thanks to the use of videolaparoscopycal technol¬ogies, elimination of the biliary fistula, ultrasonic cavitation and omentoplastic residual cavity cysts, significantly decreased the frequency of postoperative complications, reduced the period of inpatient treatment, decreased cost of surgical treatment. -
QUALITY OF LIFE AS STANDART OF JUDGEMENT TO EFFICIENCY TO TREATMENT PATIENTS WITH FLEGMONAS OF MAXILLO-FACE AREA

Assessment quality of life (QL) 12 sick patients faster-necrotic flagmen’s jaw-face area in early postoperative period. Installed, that the QL depends on age, flap, wide-spread inflammatory process, degree of poisoning, presence of the accompanying diseases, as well as method of the conducted treatment. Revealed that on 30-e day after operation general factor quality of life (GFQL) patients, which were conducted specific antibacterial and immunomodular therapies(the main group) has formed 95 balls(increasing on 53 balls), but at patients which got traditional therapy(the checking group) 81 balls (increasing on 30 ballets). -
