RESULTS OF THE CLINICAL ESTIMATION OF CONDITION SOFT TISSUES OF PERIIMPLANT’S ZONES IN SOMATIC PATIENT WITH PARTIAL DEFECT OF THE TEETH ROWS

Aim. Increasing the efficiency of the results of orthopedic treatment somatic patient using inwardlybone implants on the base studies of the clinical condition of nearimplant's soft tissues.
Materials and methods. Organized complex examination of 20 somatic patients with partial included and end's defects of teeth rows, amongst which 65% mans and 35% woman. In the field of occlusion defect installed 60 inwardlybone implants. Clinical study of periimplant zones conducted before and after the orthopedic treatment of patients on the following stage: in
2 weeks after fixation of the shapers of the gums and through 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after installing on implants fixed orthopedic design. In depending of conditions of the mucous shell of the periimplant's zones gum the patients were divided into 2 groups: I group — a somatic patients without inflammatory changes of mucous shell of the gums in the field of inwardlybone implants; II group — a somatic patients, beside which were revealed inflammatory changes of mucous shell of the gums in the field of implant determination.
Results. Beside somatic patient with dental implants at the period of the operation of orthopedic design risk the development of the inflammatory complications increases when non-observance of the rules of the rational hygienic care. In 12 months of the dynamic observation good condition hygiene was revealed in I group in the field of 95% implants, in 1 and 2 subgroup of II groups, accordingly, in the field of 88,6% and 72,3% implants that is indicative of shaping beside patient the firm motivation to observance of the rules of rational care of oral cavity, implants and prosthetic design.
Conclusion. At strict observance by somatic patient the mode checking checkup saved positive track the records of importance index raid and bleedings that is indicative the reduction of the activities of inflammatory process in periimplant's zone.
