Aim. Surgical results improvement of musculo-skeletal system fractures in polytrauma acuity.

Materials and methods. Author had analyzed diagnostics results and treatment of 103 patients with complex and multiple fractures of long bones and extremities, which divided in two groups. In treatment groups had invoked to the early stable osteosynthesis of long bones fractures from first three days and nights from the moment of trauma receiving. The osteosyn-thesis had made in control group by tardive and planning order.

Examination involved the clinical examination; X-ray diagnostics, laboratory findings, sebaceous calcospherites count by Kornilovs express method and infrared spectroscopy

Results. Thanks to attenuated methods of osteosynthesis in polytrauma acuity had optimized treatment of limbs fracture of treatment groups patients, reduced number of complications and unsatisfactory results of treatment. The positive results received in 26 (53,1%), satisfactory in 20 (40,8%) and unsatisfactory 3 (6,1%) of patients. Concerning control group good results detected in 24 (44,4%), satisfactory in 21 (38,9%) and unsatisfactory in 9 (16,7%) cases.

Conclusion. Positive effects of treatments results in treatment groups patients associated with: early stable osteosynthesis by steam units, stoppage of external and internal haemorrhage, early elimination of enzymatic nidus of aggression, endogenic toxicosis, overcome of mutual burdened syndrome, conduction of fluid and transfusion therapy with consideration of severity of injury and early prevention of fat embolism syndrome
