To determine the frequency of various types of fixed prosthesis in need of re-manufacture, conducted clinical and epidemiological study of orthopedic status in 264 patients, including men and women, respectively, 62,10% and 37,9%. All examined patients previously received orthopedic treatment and had dentures in the oral cavity. Age range, the largest group comprised patients older than 60 and 50-59 years (according to 34,5% and 27,2%). IN patients with partial absence of teeth investigated 1167 fixed prosthesis in need of re-manufacture, among which 66.1% was forged-soldered lined or without it, 29,8% – solid lined or without it, 3,2% – plastic and 0,9% -ceramic. Among fixed prosthesis oral prevail forged-pressure welded prostheses, the number of which was two times more than one, and twenty times more, than plastic and ceramic. Service life of 5 to 7 years have 37,6% of one-piece prostheses, life for over 7 years – 36,25% one-constructions without facing. Dominated by the share of remade one-piece designs over forged-soldered in a pe¬riod of use up to 7 years. After a seven-year term of use of an increase in the share forged-soldered prostheses, compared with the solid. The most common causes of withdrawal of fixed prosthesis were aesthetic disorders and the need to manufacture additional dentures.

Full recovering the area after action of acid to enamel surface occurred in relatively short periods that is indicative of high level enamel resistance.

In order to assess the initial level of knowledge on diabetes and pregnancy, an anonymous survey of 438 doctors who work with pregnant women was conducted: 274 obstetricians, 96 family physicians, 52 neonatologists and 16 anesthesiology and intensive care. The results showed that experts had a low level of knowledge on diabetes and pregnancy. It’s needed to develop clinical protocols (standards) for planning and management of pregnancy, childbirth in women with diabetes mellitus and training.

During the period with 2006 for 2010 under supervision of authors there were 45 children with papillomatosis of laryngs in children’s ЛОР – branch NMS MZ RT by which during the first hours stay in branch in an emergency order it is spent endolaryngeal removal of papillomas of a throat. With the account of character of a clinical current papillomatosis of laryngs patients have been divided into 2 groups. In the postoperative period, patients of both groups have received viferon-2 (500 000 МЕ) on 1 суппозиторий two times a day with the 12-sentry an interval every other day. Course of treatment made 5 days. For preventive maintenance of relapses of disease 17 (70 %) the patient of 1 group and 10 (60 %) to patients of the second group the first days after operation have been entered preparations индукторы interferon (ИФН) – амиксин and циклоферон. Clinical supervision have shown that in groups where patients have received complex therapy with application амиксина and циклоферона in a combination with антиоксидантой therapy frequency of relapses of disease were reduced almost in 2 times. From here conclusions that endolaryngeal removal of throat papillomas with the subsequent use индукторов interferon and antioxidants in the postoperative period is the optimal and effective method of complex therapy papillomatosis of laryngs at children are drawn.

On the basis of the analysis of statistical materials of the State agency at the Government of Republic Tajikistan, the Republican Center of medical statistics and the information of Ministry of Health of the Republic Tajikistan, given annual reports Hudzhand regional Centers of Reproductive health, and also data of annual reports of obstetrical establishments of Sogd area for 2001-2010 it is established, that among women of reproductive age widespread abortion practice that testify to unsatisfied requirement of women of active reproductive age for contraception and about necessity of carrying out of actions for expansion of access of target groups to services in the field of reproductive health and family planning.
