ANALYSIS OF THE ONE-YEAR MORBIDITY OF BREAST CANCER IN THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN

The work presents the results of scientific and statistical analysis of materials of primary breast cancer patients registered at the polyclinic of the Republican oncological scientific center of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2012. Analysis of data of out-patient cards of 215 patients ages 25 to 97 years, with the presence of a tumor in the breast. Study of age-related data breast cancer patients showed that up to 24 years of age are not encountered a single case of the disease. In the 25-29 age noted only 3,3% of women with this pathology. The peak incidence of pathology occurs at the age 45-49 years, accounting for 16,7% of the total number of women. Analysis of statistical material has shown that starting from the age of 60, breast cancer risk is gradually fading. Of the total number of patients for 64,7% of the нозологией were residents of rural areas, 35,3% is urban. On топическому location of the cancer in 54% of cases localized in the right breast, in one case, occurs bilateral defeat of the mammary glands, which amounted to 0,5%. Locally common cancer was 83,3%. Metastases in supraclavicular lymph nodes on the side of formerly belonged to the M1, and since 2002 became as N3, that the demand to include them in the group of patients with locally advanced process. Patients with category N3 in this group are 4,5%. The incidence of breast cancer in the Republic of Tajikistan increases from year to year and steadily occupies the first rank place among malignant neoplasms of the female population.
