    • STUDY OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF NATIONAL STANDARDS FOR ANTENATAL CARE FOR PREGNANT WOMEN

      Over the past two years the birth rate in the Republic of Tajikistan ranged 29,3-by 28,7 per 1,000 popu¬lation. Along with high fertility, maternal mortality was 45,0 is 37,0 per 100,000 liveborns, the main reasons for which 25% of the cases considered bleeding, 15% and 12% – gynecological infections and eclampsia. The picture presented defined the purpose of the present research is to study the indicators of National standards of antenatal care for pregnant women with an analysis of the correlation between them. Under the supervision were 72 pregnant women aged from 17 to 40 years of age, living in one of the areas with a population of 1722 person.     • The features of a current of pregnancy, sorts, conditions of a lactation at women with an insufficient actual food

      Studying of a current of pregnancy and sorts at women with an insufficient actual food has shown high relative density, late hestos, threates, anomalies of patrimonial activity, a trauma of soft patrimonial ways, an asphyxia of newborns. Lactation infringement it is diagnosed for every seventh woman in childbirth. Studying of the reasons гипогалактии has shown them: mediko- social, connected with complications of pregnancy and the sorts, caused by affective and personal infringements.

      The conducted research is a substantiation for system engineering of preventive, medical and rehabilitation actions for correction of a diet of an actual food of pregnant women and women in childbirth taking into account mediko- social factors that will allow to reduce number of complications during pregnancy and sorts, frequency and weight reduction milk allocation, to improve quality of life of feeding mothers.

    • Possible estimation failure of diabetes mellitus in dentistry patients

      In the article the study of failure diabetes of 106 patients (46 women, 60 men) in oral cavity was made. Results investigation was shown direct correlation between pathologic action of carbohydrate exchange, statues of parodontal diseases quality of the life of dentistry patients.

    • Efficiency of antimushrooms therapy in complex treatment of the candida’s mucous of oral cavity

      Results of the study are indicate that using of antimushrooms preparation has allowed vastly to raise efficiency an therapy of the candida’s mucous of oral cavity and can be recommended for broad practical use. Under long antibacterial therapy, acceptance of corticosteroid’s, citoctatic’s necessary to fix the antimushrooms antibiotics in preventive dose inside. Discovery and treatment of the main disease with other specialist often requires combination some medicine, repeated treatment course or supporting treatments, without which is not provided success of the local antimushrooms therapy of oral cavity.

    • THE CLINICAL ASSESSMENT OF THE APPLICATION OF PERCUTANEOUS NEPHROSTOMY IN PATIENTS WITH VIOLATION OF THE URODYNAMICS UPPER URINARY TRACT

      In the work we have studied the results of percutaneous nephrostomy in 35 patients with violation of the urodynamics upper urinary tract different etiology. Getting the results suggest that percutaneous drainage of the upper urinary tract is малотравматичным, economical and brief intervention, which is very important in relation to almost incurable patients

    • Pregnancy planning in women with the syndrome of pregnancy loss and cytomegalovirus infection

      The obtained results of negative cytomegalovirus infection influence on the course of gestation process and the principles of safe motherhood point to carrying of pregnancy planning in women with the syndrome of pregnancy loss. Complex of measures carried out during the predgravidous period was effective in restoring reproductive function in women with pregnancy loss syndrome in cytomegalovirus infection. Prevention and remission of cytomegalovirus infection process, contribute to a favorable outcome of pregnancy, for the majority (71,9%) of women, decrease reproductive fetus loss (3 times) and perinatal mortality (7,4 times) .

At a moment the address to ophthalmology inwardeye melanoma diagnosed in stage T3 and T4, that speaks of difficulties of the diagnostics of the disease on early stages and weak preparation general ophthalmologists in primary section of the public health republic of Tadjikistan. At the average in republic of Tadjikistan annually inwardeye melanoma diagnosed in 1-2 person on 1 million of populations.

    • Results of x-ray estimations of the endoparodontal conditions of supporting teeth under metallceramic design

      Generalized results of x-ray estimations of the condition of endoparodontal status supporting teeth in system of metalceramic designs in the article. Estimated quality of the filling root channel in the supporting teeth, residing under unremoved metalceramic design. It is noted that absence of the full-fledged access to root channel does not allow to conduct qualitative processing and guaranteed obturation of root channel, particularly in events their complex construction that is indicative of low level endodontic treatments when preparing teeth to prosthesis.

    • Assessment of baseline knowledge of experts on diabetes and pregnancy

      In order to assess the initial level of knowledge on diabetes and pregnancy, an anonymous survey of 438 doctors who work with pregnant women was conducted: 274 obstetricians, 96 family physicians, 52 neonatologists and 16 anesthesiology and intensive care. The results showed that experts had a low level of knowledge on diabetes and pregnancy. It’s needed to develop clinical protocols (standards) for planning and management of pregnancy, childbirth in women with diabetes mellitus and training.

    • INTENSITY OF HALITOSIS CONDITION OF ORAL CAVITY IN PATIENTS WITH PERIODONTAL INFLAMMATORY DISEASES
