In this study are noted, the effectiveness of modern adhesive products Corega and Protefix in 54 patients, using partial and full removable dentures. The use of these resources contributes to a better adhesive fixation of prostheses, accelerate adaptation. They have a healing, analgesic, isolation and prophylactic properties.

Generalized results of x-ray estimations of the condition of endoparodontal status supporting teeth in system of metalceramic designs in the article. Estimated quality of the filling root channel in the supporting teeth, residing under unremoved metalceramic design. It is noted that absence of the full-fledged access to root channel does not allow to conduct qualitative processing and guaranteed obturation of root channel, particularly in events their complex construction that is indicative of low level endodontic treatments when preparing teeth to prosthesis.

In the structure of the morbidity and mortality of the female population of cancer of the mammary gland takes the first place. The severity of manifestations of GIS in patients with cancer of the mammary gland caused by the passage of the disease (depending on the stage of the disease) and the applied method of special treatment: surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy. Study of biochemical markers of endogenous intoxication in patients with cancer of the mammary gland showed a decrease in total protein, albumin fraction and test the Paramecium, a slight increase in globulin, which testifies to the existence of the phenomena of intoxication depend on the stage of the prevalence of tumor process. In patients with cancer of the mammary gland, compared with healthy, have lower indicators of the quality of life, especially for the account of such scales as physical functioning and men-tal and emotional state.

Cerebrovascular disease is one of the most important medical and social problems. One of the serious consequences of cerebrovascular disease, is a disorder of cognitive functions. Cognitive disorders (CD), along with other neuro¬logical disorders are important manifestations of organic brain pathology. Vascular CD in its development through several stages, and the most severe form of cognitive disorders, vascular dementia is (VD). At the CD is dominated neuropsychological symptoms of frontal dysfunction than memory impairment, as well as the presence of neurological symptoms in the early stages of the disease. Through the use of optimized complex diagnostics of acute period polytrauma, by deter-mining the fat globulemia on roots in 43 patients, and treatment of purposeful application of the solution rheomacrodex with combination with curantylum, glucose-novocaine mixture intravenously along with specific therapy globulemia, managed to reduce the number of complications in comparison with indexes in the control group.
