THE DEPARTMENT OF THERAPEUTIC STOMATOLOGY TIPGPMP
To study the results of orthopedic treatment of occlusive defects removable dentures assessed the state of orthopedic status of the oral cavity in 198 patients aged 20 to 60 years and older. In patients examined dentures are the most used in combined defects of dentitions, singly standing tooth in the jaw, and at the end defects. The least dentures are used when included occlusive defects. The number of removable dentures made on the upper and lower jaw, respectively 49,3% and 50,7%. The share of clasp prostheses made of the lower jaw with partial absence of teeth, amounted to 54,6 per cent. In the absence of teeth laminar dentures in 61,4% of the cases were made in the upper jaw. The largest number of laminar dentures (37,4%) had a life span 3 to 5 years. The use of these resources contributes to a better adhesive fixation of prostheses, accelerate adaptation. They have a healing, analgesic, isolation and prophylactic properties.

In connection with the exceptional importance of the thyroid gland problem of pathology of the organ of children is the focus of endocrinologists. Pathology of the thyroid gland in the regions of iodine deficiency, which includes the Republic of Tajikistan, occupies the leading position in the endocrine pathology in children and adolescents. Diagnostics of thyroid pathology in this category includes a phased investigation with the decision of the question concerning the goitrous increase the authority and assessment of the functional state of the thyroid gland. Many tasks successfully done with the use of ultrasonic technologies. The article suggests the use of ultrasound diagnostics for estimation of structural and functional changes of the thyroid gland, 93 children and adolescents with a duration of pathology from 6 months

Many of the problems associated with a reduction in reproductive losses have not been ful¬filled. In the given aspect determining role belongs to the provision of contraceptive security. To understand the knowledge, attitudes and practices of women of reproductive age who use family planning services, those who are these services are provided, and also to determine the quality of contraceptive assistance to the population of medical institutions, conducted socio-logical research on the quality use of contraceptives by women of reproductive age. A specially designed questionnaire survey was conducted among 200 specialists of medical institutions for a professional assessment of knowledge, attitude and practice professionals providing contra¬ceptive services in the Republic. Results of research of patients are given in work by a typhoid, complicated sharp nephritic insufficiency at which indicators in nephritic haemo dynamics were studied. By researches at different levels of nephritic haemo dynamics it is proved that it directly depends on system or central haemo dynamics, decrease in indicators of UO, UI, SI and in-crease in OPSS, and also pulmonary pressure that leads to authentic decrease in a blood-groove in a nephritic artery which depends on weight of OPN, degree of a gipovolemiya and endogenny intoxication at a typhoid.

Assessment quality of life (QL) 12 sick patients faster-necrotic flagmen’s jaw-face area in early postoperative period. Installed, that the QL depends on age, flap, wide-spread inflammatory process, degree of poisoning, presence of the accompanying diseases, as well as method of the conducted treatment. Revealed that on 30-e day after operation general factor quality of life (GFQL) patients, which were conducted specific antibacterial and immunomodular therapies(the main group) has formed 95 balls(increasing on 53 balls), but at patients which got traditional therapy(the checking group) 81 balls (increasing on 30 ballets).

It is very important to identify among the population of arterial hypertension and associate with it the risk factors of cardiovascular disease, the combination of which leads to potential negative trade-offs and greatly increases the total (global) the risk of cardiovascular complications, such as heart attack, stroke, heart failure. All of these trends is important to understand for further construction of effective programs for prevention of major non-communicable diseases, first of all, such as artery hypertension and coronary artery disease.
