      The article is devoted to the study of the use of Meldrony in 30 patients with chronic coronary heart disease, stable angina of II-III class combined with arterial hypertension of II degree with high and very high risk of cardiovascular complications in conditions, Midlands Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous region of Tajikistan. Among the examined patients on the background of the drug Meldrony in a daily dose of 1000 mg, showed a significant improvement cardiohaemodynamic indicators. Simultaneously, a decrease of the average frequency of angina attacks a day with 2,77±0,26 to 1,52±0,17. Also noted a decrease of the daily quantity of consumed nitroglycerin from 2,4 to±0,23 to 1,4±0,16 and significant increase of tolerance to physical activity detected test 6-minute walk from 388±33 m up to 512±39 m

      Studying of a current of pregnancy and sorts at women with an insufficient actual food has shown high relative density, late hestos, threates, anomalies of patrimonial activity, a trauma of soft patrimonial ways, an asphyxia of newborns. Lactation infringement it is diagnosed for every seventh woman in childbirth. Studying of the reasons гипогалактии has shown them: mediko- social, connected with complications of pregnancy and the sorts, caused by affective and personal infringements.

      The conducted research is a substantiation for system engineering of preventive, medical and rehabilitation actions for correction of a diet of an actual food of pregnant women and women in childbirth taking into account mediko- social factors that will allow to reduce number of complications during pregnancy and sorts, frequency and weight reduction milk allocation, to improve quality of life of feeding mothers.

      The review describes the questions of influence of sex hormones on the cardiovascular system. Data provided nu­merous studies show a veracious cardioprotective effect of female sex hormones, which manifests itself in pronounced vasodilatory, anti-atherogenic, and antiagregatine anticoagulant action aimed at preventing the pathological changes in the cardiovascular system.
