Журнал выходит 4 раза в год, и каждый номер имеет не менее 80 страниц. Каждая поступающая статья принимается по требованиям, проходит строгий отбор и отдается для выпуска в номер только после рецензирования и обязательного редактирования.

    • EVALUATIONS OF NURSING OF CHILDREN WITH LOW BIRTH WEIGHT

      The evaluating of results of health surveillance and provided neonatal care bantam children, depending on body weight at birth, were divided into 5 groups. In the first group was composed of 11 children born weighing less than 1000 g, second – 62 children weighing from 1000 to 1490 gr., third – 112 children weighing from 1500 to 1999 gr., fourth – 200 newborns weighing from 2000 to 2499 gr., in the fifth group – 32 newborns weighing 2500 gr. The adequacy of resuscitation was directly dependent on birth weight. Resuscitative measures were timely and adequate most of un-derweight children studied groups. 2,1 often observed late start resuscitation in children weighing less than 1499gr. as a result of underestimating the doctor of the child and not a diagnosed chronic intrauterine hypoxia.     • The clinical and immunological features of onychomycosis in elderly and the senile age

      From among 45 patients at the age of 60-85 (men – 36, women – 9) with onychomycosis 23 (51.1%) had distal and lateral form, 5 (11.1%) – superficial and white, 6 (13.3%) – proximal and hyponychial, 11 – total and dystrophic. All patients with onychomycosis had various forms of the athlete’s foot. The cell immunity decreased (fall of CD3 and CD8) and the humoral one increased (raise of IgM, IgG and the circulating immune complexes).

      Legislative and legal framework that regulates the organization of emergency medical services in the Republic of Tajikistan does not reflect the modern features. Provide emergency medical care not determined the composition and the principles of state regulation, as well as interaction with other first responders in the new economy.
      The current standard rate of 1 ambulance per 10 thousand populations does not account for the geographical feature of the topography and density of living of the population.
      The current statistical reporting focused on quantitative measures and requires revision in favor of qualitative indicators of emergency medical services.

      On the basis of the analysis of statistical materials of the State agency at the Government of Republic Tajikistan, the Republican Center of medical statistics and the information of Ministry of Health of the Republic Tajikistan, given annual reports Hudzhand regional Centers of Reproductive health, and also data of annual reports of obstetrical establishments of Sogd area for 2001-2010 it is established, that among women of reproductive age widespread abortion practice that testify to unsatisfied requirement of women of active reproductive age for contraception and about necessity of carrying out of actions for expansion of access of target groups to services in the field of reproductive health and family planning.

      Cerebrovascular disease is one of the most important medical and social problems. One of the serious consequences of cerebrovascular disease, is a disorder of cognitive functions. Cognitive disorders (CD), along with other neuro¬logical disorders are important manifestations of organic brain pathology. Vascular CD in its development through several stages, and the most severe form of cognitive disorders, vascular dementia is (VD).
