      Aim. Analyze the traumatism in the city health center №1 c. Dushanbe, evaluate its structure, suggest ways of preventing in practice of family doctor.

      Materials and methods. For the analysis of traumatism in the city health center №1 c. Dushanbe statistical data of emergency station №3 at city health center №1 c. Dushanbe of 2012 -2013 years were used.

      Results. Concerning street traumatism in 2012 1937 persons (40,4%), in 2013 – 1997 (38,4%) appealed. In 2013 decrease of cases of street traumatism on 2% is observe.     • OPTIMISATION OF COMPLEX TREATMENT OF DAMAGES OF A SKELETON AT PATIENTS WITH A POLYTRAUMA

      The unsatisfactory results of complex treatment of skeletal injuries and injury outcomes in patients polytrauma testify to the social and economic importance. The paper analyzes the results of studying the peculiarities of the structure of multiple and associated injuries skeleton, ways to optimize the treatment of fractures on the basis of orthopedic «Damage control» of 30 trauma patients. In the structure of combined trauma of the skeleton in the 81,7% of cases, there were fractures of long bones, 36,3% – fractures of other departments, 21,3% – pelvic bones, in 5,3% of cases – fracture of the spine. Fractures of the long bones in 78,4% of cases were of indoor and 21,6% of cases – the open character. Methods of early reposition fractures in the study group used in 30,4% of the observations, delayed – 15,7%, and later – in 9,5% of cases.     • TRIOIN’S EFFECT ON CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM (EXPERIMENTAL WORK)

      The article presents results of studies on the action of a solution trionini on the cardiovas¬cular system. Work is based on the experiment on animals: 20 white rats weighing 200-220 g, cats weight from 3 to 4 kg under uretan anesthesia. Impact trionini on blood pressure were also studied in healthy intact rabbits and rabbits with experimental caused by atherosclerosis. There were 86 series of experiments conducted more than 150 biochemical, 25 haematological analy-ses, prepared 40 drugs from the internal organs of the experimental and control series animals. Heart rate became less 20-22%, the amplitude of the pulse wave increased respiratory activity remained unchanged.       At the present stage of development the aim of the health system is the organization of qualita¬tive models of infrastructure and management schemes. In the given aspect the most urgent health problem is to build a high-quality system of medical care. The article summarizes the results of the situational analysis of medical activities and evaluation of diagnostic services at the present stage in the conditions of state financing and transition to full cost accounting in the Republic of Tajikistan. Analysis of normative-legal documents showed that of 2866 institutions of primary health care 3,8% of them are represented by the district and city health centers, 26,5% of rural health centers, 10,8% in the specialized outpatient centers, 58,9 per cent – houses of health.       In work analysed results of operative treatment of 283 patients during the period with 1997 on 2011 with groin hernias by which in a planned and emergency order it is made Hernia section. The patient intraoperative 1s made measurement of structures groin`s channel, is revealed degree of changes of fabrics also picks up a method of operations. Thus some kinds of groin section are modified by us. At the differentiated approach it is possible to lower risk of development of complications and percent of relapse of disease to 1,3 %.

    • QUALITY OF LIFE AS STANDART OF JUDGEMENT TO EFFICIENCY TO TREATMENT PATIENTS WITH FLEGMONAS OF MAXILLO-FACE AREA

      Assessment quality of life (QL) 12 sick patients faster-necrotic flagmen’s jaw-face area in early postoperative period. Installed, that the QL depends on age, flap, wide-spread inflammatory process, degree of poisoning, presence of the accompanying diseases, as well as method of the conducted treatment. Revealed that on 30-e day after operation general factor quality of life (GFQL) patients, which were conducted specific antibacterial and immunomodular therapies(the main group) has formed 95 balls(increasing on 53 balls), but at patients which got traditional therapy(the checking group) 81 balls (increasing on 30 ballets).
