    • ESTIMATION QUALITY OF CONSTRUCTIVE FEATURES NON-REMOVABLE PROTHESIS IN ORAL CAVITY

      To determine the frequency of various types of fixed prosthesis in need of re-manufacture, conducted clinical and epidemiological study of orthopedic status in 264 patients, including men and women, respectively, 62,10% and 37,9%. All examined patients previously received orthopedic treatment and had dentures in the oral cavity. Age range, the largest group comprised patients older than 60 and 50-59 years (according to 34,5% and 27,2%). IN patients with partial absence of teeth investigated 1167 fixed prosthesis in need of re-manufacture, among which 66.1% was forged-soldered lined or without it, 29,8% – solid lined or without it, 3,2% – plastic and 0,9% -ceramic. Among fixed prosthesis oral prevail forged-pressure welded prostheses, the number of which was two times more than one, and twenty times more, than plastic and ceramic.     • SITUATIONAL ASSESSMENT OF THE RESULTS OF TREATMENT ABSENCE OF TEETH REMOVABLE DENTURES

      To study the results of orthopedic treatment of occlusive defects removable dentures assessed the state of orthopedic status of the oral cavity in 198 patients aged 20 to 60 years and older. In patients examined dentures are the most used in combined defects of dentitions, singly standing tooth in the jaw, and at the end defects. The least dentures are used when included occlusive defects. The number of removable dentures made on the upper and lower jaw, respectively 49,3% and 50,7%. The share of clasp prostheses made of the lower jaw with partial absence of teeth, amounted to 54,6 per cent. In the absence of teeth laminar dentures in 61,4% of the cases were made in the upper jaw. The largest number of laminar dentures (37,4%) had a life span 3 to 5 years.       Legislative and legal framework that regulates the organization of emergency medical services in the Republic of Tajikistan does not reflect the modern features. Provide emergency medical care not determined the composition and the principles of state regulation, as well as interaction with other first responders in the new economy.
      The current standard rate of 1 ambulance per 10 thousand populations does not account for the geographical feature of the topography and density of living of the population.

Data provided nu­merous studies show a veracious cardioprotective effect of female sex hormones, which manifests itself in pronounced vasodilatory, anti-atherogenic, and antiagregatine anticoagulant action aimed at preventing the pathological changes in the cardiovascular system.

      Acute leukemia, as a rare disease, is only 3% of human malignancies. The aim of treatment of acute leukemia is eradication of leukemic clone restore normal blood, achieveming long-term disease free survival of patients. This is achieved through the use of myelotoxical anticancer drugs that cause deep aplasia haemopoesis. In the present
      paper summarises the results of the antitumor antibiotic antratcycline stimulants doxorubicin, with a joint appointment cardioprotector meldony. Under the supervision were 147 patients with acute leukemia. Among the observed patients 85 people received chemotherapy initially, 62 people – previously been subjected to chemotherapy effects.
