Through the use of optimized complex diagnostics of acute period polytrauma, by deter-mining the fat globulemia on roots in 43 patients, and treatment of purposeful application of the solution rheomacrodex with combination with curantylum, glucose-novocaine mixture intravenously along with specific therapy globulemia, managed to reduce the number of complications in comparison with indexes in the control group.
