Analyzing results of the diagnostics and treatments 300 patients with polytrauma, is revealed specific particularities traumatism in Republics Tajikistan. Prevalence the low high­speed highways and low floor at home lead less the heavy to damages of a skeleton and low relative density of lethal outcomes to the sharp period of a polytrauma, absence of the doctrine of rendering of primary medical aid at a pre-hospital stage, continuity with presence traumas of the centers 1st and 2nd level in most cases is the reason of high relative density of a traumatic shock, volume blood losses and others the vital infringements.
