In the work we have studied the results of percutaneous nephrostomy in 35 patients with violation of the urodynamics upper urinary tract different etiology. Getting the results suggest that percutaneous drainage of the upper urinary tract is малотравматичным, economical and brief intervention, which is very important in relation to almost incurable patients
