Medical and social characteristics of women with cervical pathological processes at their different life periods

Thus, conducted research has let to provide medical and social characteristics of women of reproductive age with pathological processes of the cervix, which is represented by housewives (68.8%), repeated (37.3%) – and multiparous (39.6%), with low health index, frequent to abortion (48.8%), those who do not use barrier methods of contraception (83.1%) and those with Cancer history (10.1%). Particular at risk group for the development of pathological processes of the cervix, are sexually active adolescents, which typically have dishormonal disorders and early occurrence of inflammatory processes of the lower part of the genitals. The high frequency of hyperplastic processes in women of late reproductive age is a risk factor for precancerous cervical disease. The main factors determining the development of pathological processes in the cervical region of high fertility are: early sexual activity (22.9%), change of sexual partners (11.4%), migration (20%), low levels of awareness about healthy lifestyles.

Applying of Clinical experience preparation “Metakrizol” in the treatment of women with cervicitis against the background of benign cervical pathology

The drug of metakrizol has a broad antibacterial l, trihomonotsidnym and antimycotic effect. The use of this drug in the treatment of viral and bacterial cervicitis against dishormonal ectopia of the cervix allows 70% of women to accelerate the elimination of clinical signs of inflammation. However, the therapeutic effect metakrizola significantly reduced in the treatment of inflammation of the cervix against a background of degenerative changes in the cervix caused by scar deformities. It is also effective use of the drug before physical – surgical therapy of cervical cancer, promotes epithelialization of the wound earlier defect (66.7%).
