Results atraumatic restavration therapy of teeth partial demineralization in connection of enamel resistance
Yorakov F.M., Ashurov G.G.
Evaluated results of atraumatic restavration therapy beside 78 children at age 9-12 years with sign of partial demineralization of the enamel. It is revealled that used glassionomer cements after smallinvasive preventive filling remained safe through 24 month on 100% surfaces teeth beside persons with high structured-functional resistnce of enamel, on 95,3% surfaces teeth – beside persons with moderate cariesresistance, on 85,8 and 66,7% surfaces teeth – accordingly beside persons with lowered and very low structured-functional resistance of the enamel teeth.

THE DEPARTMENT OF EFFERENT MEDICINE AND INTENSIVE THERAPY TIPGPMP
In 15 patients with pancreonecrosis complicated by the terminal phase of peritonitis, we estimated the effect of indirect electrochemical blood oxidation on the state of the detoxification function of the lungs by intravenous 0,06% solution of sodium hypochlorite. To study the detoxification function of the lungs compared the blood of the right ventricle of the heart and arterial blood from radiotherapy or femoral artery, taken simultaneously. Study was carried out after 1 and 4-6 h after infusions of the mentioned solution. If, prior to the infusion of sodium hypochlorite concentration of urea and creatinine in the blood drains were reliably higher than in streams to the light respectively by 20,9% and 12,9%, for 1 hour, these figures are reduced to the respective indicators of 18,2% and 7,6%, and after 6 hours of light to see themselves their detoxifying that points to the restoration of detoxification functions of the body. The results obtained showed that sodium hypochlorite solution is a powerful oxidant toxic blood components, primarily amphiphilic, hydrophilic and hydrophobic metabolites, are in low – small and medium molecular fractions, as well as lipid structures of cell membranes due to changes in their perme¬ability and mode of operation. The use of a solution in the first 4-6 hours causes significant improvement detoxification function of the lungs and its recovery depending on the stage of the infringement. -
Status and prospects of integration of physicians ambulance (SMP)
Muminov B.G., Mirzoyeva Z.A.

THE ROLE AND PLACE IN THE STRUCTURE OF MORBIDITY OF RESPIRATORY DISEASES AND DYNAMICS OF MORBIDITY FROM CHRONIC BRONCHITIS AND ASTHMA FOR 2002 -2010 YEARS FOR EXAMPLE TURSUNZODA, FAIZABAD AND SARBAND AREAS IN TAJIKISTAN

The article presents the analysis of population morbidity chronic bronchitis and asthma for the period from 2002 to 2010, on the examples of Tursunzade, Sarband and Faizabad districts of the Republic of Tajikistan. The results of these studies suggest that respiratory diseases occupy the first rank place of uptake of the adult population for medical help. In the dynamics of increase in incidence of respiratory diseases for 6 years has decreased by 24%. For the period from 2002 to 2010, the proportion of hospitalized children under 14 years of age increased from 26% to 67% of the total number of cases of appeals regarding the pneumonia. Despite declining in-hospital mortality of children under 14 years of age, they exceed 2 times mortality among the adult population. Levels of primary and total prevalence of chronic bronchitis in the Republic for 11 years grew 1.3 and 3 times respectively. On bronchial asthma in the country in General there is a tendency to reduce the level of primary and total morbidity, which testifies to Associa this disease, poor availability of medical care, as well as low material and social status of patients. -

Acute leukemia, as a rare disease, is only 3% of human malignancies. The aim of treatment of acute leukemia is eradication of leukemic clone restore normal blood, achieveming long-term disease free survival of patients. This is achieved through the use of myelotoxical anticancer drugs that cause deep aplasia haemopoesis. In the present
paper summarises the results of the antitumor antibiotic antratcycline stimulants doxorubicin, with a joint appointment cardioprotector meldony. Under the supervision were 147 patients with acute leukemia. Among the observed patients 85 people received chemotherapy initially, 62 people – previously been subjected to chemotherapy effects. For the induction of remission patients of the 1st group was appointed polychemotherapy by the scheme “7+3”. Patients in group 2 received similar polychemotherapy together with cardioprotector Mildronate. During the treatment of patients of group 1 in 32% of cases were observed sinus tachycardia, atrial and ventricular arrhythmia, changes in segment ST, 7% of cases developed a complete atrioventricular block that shows the development of early cardiac toxicity of doxorubicin. In 19,04% of cases in patients of group 2 were observed ventricular tachycardia, and changes in segment ST. -
