In the given aspect the most urgent health problem is to build a high-quality system of medical care. The article summarizes the results of the situational analysis of medical activities and evaluation of diagnostic services at the present stage in the conditions of state financing and transition to full cost accounting in the Republic of Tajikistan. Analysis of normative-legal documents showed that of 2866 institutions of primary health care 3,8% of them are represented by the district and city health centers, 26,5% of rural health centers, 10,8% in the specialized outpatient centers, 58,9 per cent – houses of health. In order to assess the initial level of knowledge on diabetes and pregnancy, an anonymous survey of 438 doctors who work with pregnant women was conducted: 274 obstetricians, 96 family physicians, 52 neonatologists and 16 anesthesiology and intensive care. The results showed that experts had a low level of knowledge on diabetes and pregnancy. It’s needed to develop clinical protocols (standards) for planning and management of pregnancy, childbirth in women with diabetes mellitus and training.

Evaluated results of atraumatic restavration therapy beside 78 children at age 9-12 years with sign of partial demineralization of the enamel. It is revealled that used glassionomer cements after smallinvasive preventive filling remained safe through 24 month on 100% surfaces teeth beside persons with high structured-functional resistnce of enamel, on 95,3% surfaces teeth – beside persons with moderate cariesresistance, on 85,8 and 66,7% surfaces teeth – accordingly beside persons with lowered and very low structured-functional resistance of the enamel teeth.

Pathology of the thyroid gland in the regions of iodine deficiency, which includes the Republic of Tajikistan, occupies the leading position in the endocrine pathology in children and adolescents. Diagnostics of thyroid pathology in this category includes a phased investigation with the decision of the question concerning the goitrous increase the authority and assessment of the functional state of the thyroid gland. Many tasks successfully done with the use of ultrasonic technologies. The article suggests the use of ultrasound diagnostics for estimation of structural and functional changes of the thyroid gland, 93 children and adolescents with a duration of pathology from 6 months

During exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis, most often changes of gastric mucosa-coolant and duodenum, which takes the form of active inflammation of gastric mucosa, otrafiyu, erosive and ulcerative lesions of the stomach and duodenum. Thus during the exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis in Hp-positive patients was dominated by inflammatory changes of gastric mucosa, superficial gastritis, manifested a bright gipermiey mucosa, predominantly fundus and antrum, thickening, swelling, swollen folds.
