In order to assess the initial level of knowledge on diabetes and pregnancy, an anonymous survey of 438 doctors who work with pregnant women was conducted: 274 obstetricians, 96 family physicians, 52 neonatologists and 16 anesthesiology and intensive care. The results showed that experts had a low level of knowledge on diabetes and pregnancy. It’s needed to develop clinical protocols (standards) for planning and management of pregnancy, childbirth in women with diabetes mellitus and training.

The article presents results of studies on the action of a solution trionini on the cardiovas¬cular system. Work is based on the experiment on animals: 20 white rats weighing 200-220 g, cats weight from 3 to 4 kg under uretan anesthesia.
