Aim. Analysis of the results of the age, sex and social status of patients with an acute cerebral circulatory disorders that have come to the reanimation department of a City Scientific Center of Reanimation and Detoxification of Dushanbe and Sughd Regional Hospital in 2012-2014.

Materials and methods. Analyzed the results of complex research of 70 patients with acute cerebral circulatory disorders, and 20 healthy controls. Diagnosis is confirmed clinically and by method of a computer tomo-graphy. The patients were divided into 2 groups: 1 — 35 patients with ischemic stroke (IS), 2 — 35 patients with hemorrhagic stroke (HS).

Assessment of the state of patients was carried out by the Scandinavian scale (Scandinavian Stroke Study Group, 1985) (in points), the degree of impairment of consciousness — Glasgow Coma Scale (in points), while the severity of the subarachnoid hemorrhage — on a scale of Hunt-Hes (0-Vstepeni).

Results. Most often the stroke affects men: ischemic — 62,9%, hemorrhagic — 57,1%; Women — 37,1% and 42,9%, respectively, at age 40 to 50 years and older than 60. Up to 40 years we have not found cases of ischemic stroke among women, but they have a tendency to increase of the hemorrhagic stroke over the age of 50 years.

Statistically significant features, depending on the sphere of activity and place of residence is not marked.

Conclusion. Acute cerebral circulatory disorders often manifest in young, the most working age, mostly from 40 to 59 years and in individuals older than 60 years.
