Abstract

Objective

Conduct the mutualdeterminate estimation a condition structured units parodontal tissues and importance mineralizing activities of the mixed saliva on stage of orthodontic treatments.

Materials and Methods

For performing the problem by the method of WHO were examined 256 patients at age from 3 to 35 years. Examined were divided into four age groups in depending of type of the bite and in accordance with recommendation of WHO for key age groups of dentistry studies: temporary bite - 3-6 years; deciduous bite - 7-12 years; permanent bite - 13-22 years; permanent bite - 23-35 years. For the reason studies factor protection of oral cavity beside 46 patients at age 15-35 years with anomaly of teeth-maxillary system, residing on orthodontic treatment, studied unspecific homeostatic effect of mixed saliva. Organized estimation of the possible change the types of microcrystallization mixed saliva before and after the cleaning teeth beside 53 orthodontic patients at age 23-35 years with chronic local and diffuse gingivitis light and average degrees of gravity.

Results

The group of 3-6 year’s children has shown prevalence of parodontal diseases in 87.5±4.2%, 7-12 year’s group – 89.3±4.2%, 13-22 year’s group – 94.9±4.6%, but in group of 23-35 years discovered maximum prevalence of parodontal diseases (98.9±5.1%) in under investigation segment. Beside patient of the main group tezigraph picture of the mixed saliva qualitative differed from sample of the checking group. It was noted improvement of mineralizing potential of oral liquid in account of the reduction amount III type microcrystallization in both group.

Conclusion

Amongst examined persons exists the reliable growing of prevalence pathological sign of parodont in depending on age and change the bite. In main group patient existed trend to acidotic shift of oral liquid, and average factor of pH was 6.1±0.3, that statistical significant differed from given checking group (7.1±0.2).
