Analysis of cases of maternal mortality in the republic of Tajikistan

The structure of maternal mortality consists of controlled factors by 77 %. Causes of maternal mortality often seen not from a position of obstetric errors, and in connection with the difficulties of diagnosis, intensive care, which largely depend on the allied professionals. At the same time eliminating the elimination of obstetric complications in the main role of an obstetrician-gynecologist is obvious. The prospect of further reduction in obstetric complications and maternal mortality is the use of new scientific advances. The introduction of national standards is the realistic way to reduce maternal morbidity and mortality. Research on privacy and investigation of cases of maternal loses and maternal audit will let to improve the quality of medical services.

Reproductive health of the women rendering commercial sexual services

The condition of reproductive health of the women rendering commercial sexual services in a city of Dushanbe is studied. Clinical inspection there have passed 300 working women of sex. The low index of somatic health is revealed, among РС diseases urine ways (34,6 %), disease intestinal path (13 3 %), disease of bodies of breath (6, 7 %) are most extended an anaemia (46,7 %), endocrine infringements (58, 2 %). In structure of a gynecologic pathologyinflammatorydiseasesofbodiesofasmall basin (ВЗОТ) – 94, 3 %, infringements menstrual a cycle – 27, 2 %, barreness – 13, 3 %, precancer diseases of a neck of a uterus – 5, 8 % are most extended. Among them address contraception, widespread the abortion practice is not spent, all it brings the contribution to a condition of reproductive and sexual health, vulnerability to , sexually transmitted infections and puts forward on the first place a problem of improvement of access of highly vulnerablegroup-workingwomenofsextoservices in the field of reproductive and sexual health.

As a result of research it is established that reproductive health is influenced by such factors, as a somatic and gynecologic pathology. It once again confirms necessity for timely informing of youth on problems of reproductive health and increase of their responsibility for own health. Themes on preservation of the health which excite youth, were various – questions of effective contraception, abortions and their consequences, preventive maintenance, a HIV of an infection, oncological diseases of genitals. Thus, results of socially-psychological diagnostics of personal factors of reproductive behavior allow to approach to deeper understanding of values of reproductive health of youth, desires, motives, expectations, инициаций in decision-making at modern young men and girls of reproductive age, and also to develop adequate practical psihologo-social recommendations and effective technicians of work with young men. It once again confirms necessity for timely informing of youth on problems of reproductive health and increase of their responsibility for own health.
