During the research the effect of the following medicine with the group of patients with the first time stroke was observed. The medications are: Anitigipertetion – Group of Sartan and Dizagrigation – The combination of Asperin with Dipiridamol. The result of the research has shown, that the medications possess neuro – protective effects and can be used for the prophylactics of the second time stroke.

Assessment quality of life (QL) 12 sick patients faster-necrotic flagmen’s jaw-face area in early postoperative period. The article shows the efficiency of complex method of treatment of mycosis stop with onychomycosis in elderly and senile ages using immunostimulant thymocine 45 patients aged 60 to 85 years. Using methods of bacteriological research, 64.4% of the patients were grown culture of Trichophyton rubrum, in 11.1% of Trichophyton mentagrophytis var.interdigitale, in 24.4% – fungi not sown. Intertriginous form of mycosis stop diagnosed in 12 patients, dishydrotic – 6, mixed – 18. Combination squamous and intertriginous forms was observed in 11 patients, squamous, dishydrotic and intertriginous – for 7. The erased form of mycosis stop was noted in 9 patients. Immediate and remote results of treatment showed a significant advantage of an integrated method of treatment with the application of immune system stimulant. Anonymous survey of women at menopausal age with the use of rating scales let us to evaluate voiding disorders severity of subjective symptoms, quality of life of this category of patients and conduct performance monitoring of therapeutic measures. On the basis of the analysis of statistical materials of the State agency at the Government of Republic Tajikistan, the Republican Center of medical statistics and the information of Ministry of Health of the Republic Tajikistan, given annual reports Hudzhand regional Centers of Reproductive health, and also data of annual reports of obstetrical establishments of Sogd area for 2001-2010 it is established, that among women of reproductive age widespread abortion practice that testify to unsatisfied requirement of women of active reproductive age for contraception and about necessity of carrying out of actions for expansion of access of target groups to services in the field of reproductive health and family planning.
