Today viral infections are the leading cause of morbidity worldwide, the role of which in the overall morbidity will only increase. Recently in the treatment of viral infections extensive use of immunomodulators, the range is constantly expanding. The most promising drugs in the given as¬pect are interferon inducers. The article presents the results of studies of prophylactic effectiveness and treatment of acute respiratory viral infections interferon inducers of 150 patients aged from 1 month to 17 years. The results obtained showed that anaferon having a pronounced curative and prophylactic efficiency of the flu, when before vaccine period increases the functional activity of specific antibodies that reduce the intensity of morbidity. Diseases of respiratory organs are in the lead in the overall morbidity of the population, taking 1st place in the structure of primary morbidity worldwide and deaths from which is on the 4th place in the overall structure of death after circulatory diseases, injuries, poisoning and cancer. In work the analysis of indicators of mortality from respiratory diseases in the Republic of Tajikistan for the period 2000 to 2010. It is revealed, that in structure of total mortality from diseases 2010 diseases occupied the 4-th rank place, after malignant neoplasms. As a result of statistical analysis revealed a trend towards increased mortality among people of working age. This situation is explained by the fact that the majority of persons of working age due to fear of job loss, despite not feeling well, continue to work and this leads to late start of therapy and adherence complications. The article is devoted to the study of the use of Meldrony in 30 patients with chronic coronary heart disease, stable angina of II-III class combined with arterial hypertension of II degree with high and very high risk of cardiovascular complications in conditions, Midlands Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous region of Tajikistan. Among the examined patients on the background of the drug Meldrony in a daily dose of 1000 mg, showed a significant improvement cardiohaemodynamic indicators. Simultaneously, a decrease of the average frequency of angina attacks a day with 2,77±0,26 to 1,52±0,17. Also noted a decrease of the daily quantity of consumed nitroglycerin from 2,4 to±0,23 to 1,4±0,16 and significant increase of tolerance to physical activity detected test 6-minute walk from 388±33 m up to 512±39 m

To understand the knowledge, attitudes and practices of women of reproductive age who use family planning services, those who are these services are provided, and also to determine the quality of contraceptive assistance to the population of medical institutions, conducted socio-logical research on the quality use of contraceptives by women of reproductive age. A specially designed questionnaire survey was conducted among 200 specialists of medical institutions for a professional assessment of knowledge, attitude and practice professionals providing contra¬ceptive services in the Republic. The activity of the Ethics Committee Transplantology Service in the Republic of Tajikistan has started in 2009 and is operated on the base of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of population of Republic of Tajikistan. Accordance with the criteria for a correct assessment of the specific problematic situations of modern medical practice based on the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Tajikistan, in 2009-2013 were examined 126 cases of trained pairs (donor-recipient) for related transplantation.

THE DEPARTMENT OF TRAUMATOLOGY AND ORTHOPEDICS TIPGPMP
The unsatisfactory results of complex treatment of skeletal injuries and injury outcomes in patients polytrauma testify to the social and economic importance. The paper analyzes the results of studying the peculiarities of the structure of multiple and associated injuries skeleton, ways to optimize the treatment of fractures on the basis of orthopedic «Damage control» of 30 trauma patients. In the structure of combined trauma of the skeleton in the 81,7% of cases, there were fractures of long bones, 36,3% – fractures of other departments, 21,3% – pelvic bones, in 5,3% of cases – fracture of the spine. Fractures of the long bones in 78,4% of cases were of indoor and 21,6% of cases – the open character. Methods of early reposition fractures in the study group used in 30,4% of the observations, delayed – 15,7%, and later – in 9,5% of cases. In the control group received digital values amounted to, respectively,
