    • SITUATIONAL ASSESSMENT OF THE RESULTS OF TREATMENT ABSENCE OF TEETH REMOVABLE DENTURES

      THE DEPARTMENT OF THERAPEUTIC STOMATOLOGY TIPGPMP
      To study the results of orthopedic treatment of occlusive defects removable dentures assessed the state of orthopedic status of the oral cavity in 198 patients aged 20 to 60 years and older. In patients examined dentures are the most used in combined defects of dentitions, singly standing tooth in the jaw, and at the end defects. The least dentures are used when included occlusive defects. The number of removable dentures made on the upper and lower jaw, respectively 49,3% and 50,7%. The share of clasp prostheses made of the lower jaw with partial absence of teeth, amounted to 54,6 per cent. In the absence of teeth laminar dentures in 61,4% of the cases were made in the upper jaw. The largest number of laminar dentures (37,4%) had a life span 3 to 5 years.     • Reproductive health of the women rendering commercial sexual services

      The condition of reproductive health of the women rendering commercial sexual services in a city of Dushanbe is studied. Clinical inspection there have passed 300 working women of sex.     • The clinical and immunological features of onychomycosis in elderly and the senile age

      From among 45 patients at the age of 60-85 (men – 36, women – 9) with onychomycosis 23 (51.1%) had distal and lateral form, 5 (11.1%) -superficial and white, 6 (13.3%) – proximal and hyponychial, 11 – total and dystrophic. All patients with onychomycosis had various forms of the athlete’s foot. The cell immunity decreased (fall of CD3 and CD8) and the humoral one increased (raise of IgM, IgG and the circulating immune complexes).

Pathology of the thyroid gland in the regions of iodine deficiency, which includes the Republic of Tajikistan, occupies the leading position in the endocrine pathology in children and adolescents. Diagnostics of thyroid pathology in this category includes a phased investigation with the decision of the question concerning the goitrous increase the authority and assessment of the functional state of the thyroid gland.       The author showed that, in line with current literature, pregnant women should not be advised to keep a diet. All women with a desire to become pregnant should be advised to use folic acid. Women who previously gave birth to a child with a neural tube defect should be offered consultation before pregnancy and should be advised to use 4 mg of folic acid per day.

      One of the most urgent problems in the structure of modern somatic pathology remains endo¬toxicosis, which is a basic component of the formation of the severity of the General condition. The article presents the results of analysis of toxic blood components 206 patients endotoxemia developed in the result of acute renal failure, peritonitis and septicemia in comparison with the figures of 20 healthy donors. Material for the study served as the blood of patients aged from 17 to 62 years, of which men made up 59,3% of women – 40,3%. The study used biochemical, gel-chromatography and infrared spectroscopic methods of diagnostics indicators token to reflect the level of intoxication. Found that the toxicity index in patients endotoxemia increases by more than 700%, compared with the control.       On the basis of analysis of cards 600 commercial sex workers, filled with the use of coding systems, applied in “the Cabinet of confidence” in the City center of reproductive health of the city. Dushanbe for 2008 – 2012 y . identified the need of commercial sex workers in the health services. It is established, health services are one of the basic needs of commercial sex workers, and the most priority is the need for medical assistance on the issues of sexual health, contraceptive assistance needs in the prevention of unwanted pregnancy, STI/HIV.
      The high cost of diagnostic laboratory research methods and medicines is a major barrier to timely treatment for medical services and provide timely qualified medical help, therefore in the framework of the programmes on STI/HIV/AIDS consider it necessary organized the program by SW.
