    To study the results of orthopedic treatment of occlusive defects removable dentures assessed the state of orthopedic status of the oral cavity in 198 patients aged 20 to 60 years and older. In patients examined dentures are the most used in combined defects of dentitions, singly standing tooth in the jaw, and at the end defects. The least dentures are used when included occlusive defects. The number of removable dentures made on the upper and lower jaw, respectively 49,3% and 50,7%. The share of clasp prostheses made of the lower jaw with partial absence of teeth, amounted to 54,6 per cent. In the absence of teeth laminar dentures in 61,4% of the cases were made in the upper jaw. The largest number of laminar dentures (37,4%) had a life span 3 to 5 years.
