The main results of this study is that there is total IHD geneis AV-blockade depending on existence remoteness cause to essential heart function disorder in a systole and in diastole. There is tight correlative connection between the remoteness of Complete AV- blockade and left ventricle systolic function indicator, whereat diastole function passes on to heavier type.

The paper deals with sensitivity and resistance of microorganisms to the 20 most popular antibiotics that are used in dental offices. Studied 600 strains of the main types of microorganisms. Strains of all species of microorganisms circulating in thedental clinics have expressed polyresistance by 7-10 antibiotics. The microorganismsextracted from environmental objects, and standing out in health care workers, are morepronounced polyresistance. The environment in dental clinics is a reservoir ofopportunistic microorganisms.

During the research the effect of the following medicine with the group of patients with the first time stroke was observed. The medications are: Anitigipertetion – Group of Sartan and Dizagrigation – The combination of Asperin with Dipiridamol. Results of research of patients are given in work by a typhoid, complicated sharp nephritic insufficiency at which indicators in nephritic haemo dynamics were studied.
