      Respiratory papillomatosis is a frequent pathology in childhood. According to reasearches by various authors there’s noted role of eleventh and sixth types of papilloma virus. Papillomatosis clinic which caused by sixth type seeps easier than that clinical papillomatosis which caused by eleventh type. Depending on the extent of the process out as an isolated, limited and prevalent forms. The authors noted that the majority of patients found prevalent form of the disease. Main symptoms in the time of papillomatosis are changing of the voice and respiratory disturbance. These symptoms increase with the growth of papilloma.       Thus, the literature review has shown that diagnostics as scientific discipline, devel-oped in indissoluble communication with other scientific disciplines. The key moment of its development was the wide experience of great scientific Gippokrata, Galena, Avitsenny, and also the organization of school of medicine in the countries of the East, Asia, Europe. Formation of the diagnostic centers, as in Europe, America, and in the countries of the former USSR became an important stage of development of diagnostic service. Activity of the kliniko-diagnostic centers shows their conclusive advantage and rather considerable role in public health services system. Thus efficiency of activity providing at the expense of introduction of the expensive equipment, modern methods of research and presence of highly-skilled personnel.

      We analyzed the statistical materials of the Republican Center of medical statistics and in¬formation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan, the data of annual reports of the Khujand regional and district Centers of Reproductive health, as well as the data of annual reports of obstetrical establishments of the Sughd region in 1995-2011. Found a low level of contraceptive use among women of childbearing age Sughd region. The Revealed existence of significant differences both across regions, and on the socio -demographic population groups in regard to the prevalence of contraception in General and the structure of the used funds.

      The structure of maternal mortality consists of controlled factors by 77 %. Causes of maternal mortality often seen not from a position of obstetric errors, and in connection with the difficulties of diagnosis, intensive care, which largely depend on the allied professionals. At the same time eliminating the elimination of obstetric complications in the main role of an obstetrician-gynecologist is obvious. The prospect of further reduction in obstetric complications and maternal mortality is the use of new scientific advances. The introduction of national standards is the realistic way to reduce maternal morbidity and mortality. Research on privacy and investigation of cases of maternal loses and maternal audit will let to improve the quality of medical services.

      In connection with the exceptional importance of the thyroid gland problem of pathology of the organ of children is the focus of endocrinologists. Pathology of the thyroid gland in the regions of iodine deficiency, which includes the Republic of Tajikistan, occupies the leading position in the endocrine pathology in children and adolescents. Diagnostics of thyroid pathology in this category includes a phased investigation with the decision of the question concerning the goitrous increase the authority and assessment of the functional state of the thyroid gland.     • Results atraumatic restavration therapy of teeth partial demineralization in connection of enamel resistance

      Evaluated results of atraumatic restavration therapy beside 78 children at age 9-12 years with sign of partial demineralization of the enamel. It is revealled that used glassionomer cements after smallinvasive preventive filling remained safe through 24 month on 100% surfaces teeth beside persons with high structured-functional resistnce of enamel, on 95,3% surfaces teeth – beside persons with moderate cariesresistance, on 85,8 and 66,7% surfaces teeth – accordingly beside persons with lowered and very low structured-functional resistance of the enamel teeth.
