Abstract
Define the frequency of meet окклюзионных defects and analysis the types a design orthopedic prosthetic device in patients with partial and full absence of teeth.
The object of clinical and x-ray of the examination has served 110 patients with partial (96 pers., 87.3%) and full (14 pers., 12.7%) absence of teeth at the age from 20 to 60 years, of them man’s 49, woman’s – 61. Aside from this, was created other group patient, in which entered 120 patients (58 man’s and 62 woman’s) corresponding of age with orthopedic prosthetic device of difference construction. Clinical and x-ray test was executed at period since of December 2025 to March of 2026 years on cathedral base of therapeutic dentistry of SEE IPEHS RT (SLL «Smile»). The algorithm of the diagnostics of dentistry pathology included the study of the condition forming element of caries intensities, checkup of the teeth rows, as well as using the additional methods of the study, including x-ray study. Amongst patient study dentistry status was conducted by methods prof. A.V. Alimskiy with account of the condition organ to oral cavity. Were studied the factors of partial and full defect of the teeth row. Amongst examined persons installed the class of the defect of the teeth row (according to categorization E.I. Gavrilov).
In 20.0% events was determined the first class under which beside patient existed one - and/or two-way end’s defects. In 39.1% events determined the second class adenty under which included enclosed defect of the teeth rows. In 30.9% amongst investigation patient simultaneous combination existed of included and end’s defects. As far back as 10.0% events existed full absence teeth on jaws beside patients.
Beside examined patient multifunction defects of teeth rows existed in 40.7% events, in 33.3% presence existed included occlusion defects, in 22.3% events visualized presence of ended defects and in 3.7% events noted full occlusion defects.
