      MAIN RESULTS OF INVESTIGATION ON STUDIES OF THE INITIAL INDICATORS OF PARODONTOLOGICAL STATUS IN PATIENTS WITH SOMATIC DISEASES

      Aim.Study of the initial indicators of parodontological status in patients with disadvantage somatic background.

      Materials and methods.Organized complex examination of the dentistry status among 936 somatic patients with duration of the disease from 1 to 10 years and more. Control group consisted of 103 practically healthy persons of the same age with dentistry pathology. Out of the total amount of examined persons 41% patient had pathology of gastrointestinal tract, 33% – of cardiovascular system, 26% patient – endocrine systems pathology.       Indirect electrochemical oxidation is the process of modulating mono-oxygenized oxidation in liver on cytochrome R-450. Herewith the hydrophobic toxic components moves into hydrophilic which later on actively removes from organism by excreting organs. By using special electrochemical equipments, the isotonic saline solution exposes elec¬trolyses, transforms into hypo chloride sodium, that appear to be highly active oxidation with broad range impact. As for external and intra cavity use the medicine showed up as active antiseptic, necrolitic and anti-inflammatory agent. In intravascular injection of therapeutically concentration of the hypo chloride sodium (0,06%) renders remarkable detoxication effect.       Thus, against the background of complex intensive therapy was developed the tactics of surgical intervention, early functional rehabilitation of reduced mortality in 2.9 times (from 5.3 % to 2.4 %) and postoperative complications in 2 times (from 14.8 % to 7.8 %).

    • Sensorineural relative deafness at children: features of psycho neurological rehabilitation.

      In structure etiological factors neurosensory relative deafness at children mattered: children’s infectious diseases – 67 %; diseases perinatal the period, a Rhesus factor-incompatibility – 18 %; application ototoxicity antibiotics – 8 %; consequences of a craniocereberal trauma – 6 %; genetic rapidly growing the disease form – 1 %.
      On severity level sensorineural hearing loss (SHL) the following was marked: heavy degree sensorineural relative deafness (3rd and 4th degree of loss of hearing) – 79 %; 2nd degree of relative deafness – 19 % and accordingly, with 1st degree of relative deafness – 2 %.
      Sensorineural relative deafness at children is multifactorial disease, requires early revealing and individual selection of psycho neurological rehabilitation actions.

      The data obtained indicate excessively slow recovery of lost functions, which is most intense during the first 2 – 3 years and indicate the need for prolonged recovery of renal function for more than 6-7 years, deterioration of renal function contributed to: a chronic underlying disease (chronic glomerular – pyelonephritis, anemia, and subsequent pregnancy and childbirth in the background is not completely recovered renal function). Together with a complex of modern medical -diagnostic measures authors studied a prognostic significance of diagnostics fat globulemiya. Express method according to Kornilov, which contributed to the early diagnosis of the syndrome of fat embolism and improve the results of surgical treatment of patients with injuries of the musculoskeletal system.
